Hospice Social Worker

We are seeking an exceptional Social Worker for our Hospice program, part-time or full-time availability. Candidate must be reliable and home health/hospice experience is a plus. Candidate must work efficiently, possess critical thinking skills, and experience with EMR is preferred.

We offer a flexible schedule, recently revised salary and benefits package, and most staff are eligible for an agency-provided vehicle.

RN Case Manager

We are seeking exceptional RNs for our Home Health & Hospice programs. Candidate must be reliable and nursing experience is preferred. Candidates must work efficiently, possess critical thinking skills, and experience with EMR is a plus.

Clinical Support Clerk

We are seeking exceptional individuals for our Clinical Support Services department to work in our Ishpeming office. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced medical office; however, individuals interested in part-time are also encouraged to apply. Candidate must be reliable and able to work in a high energy environment.  Candidate must possess strong computer literacy, work efficiently, and possess critical thinking skills.   

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

  • Generating patient and field staff schedules 
  • Communication to and from field staff and medical facilities 
  • Processing clinical paperwork and data entry of communications related to patient care  

Data entry and scheduling experience is preferred.

Private Duty Openings

Aides

We are seeking compassionate, caring individuals to be Private Duty Aides and help area seniors be able to remain in their homes by providing personal care, homemaking, and respite/companion care. No experience necessary. Paid training and orientation is provided.

We offer competitive wages and flexible scheduling to accommodate class schedules, childecare needs, etc. An additional $3.20 per hour is paid monthly for services provided to MI Waiver clients. There are also sign on bonuses available, premium pay for holidays worked, referral bonuses for new employees sent our way, paid travel time, employee recognition, and milestone bonuses.
