U.P. Private Duty Services are easy to arrange. Whether you are in the hospital, the doctor’s office, or your very own living room, one telephone call is all it takes. And anyone can make a referral: yourself, community agencies, family doctor, clergy, relative or a friend.
Call U.P. Private Duty Services or stop by one of our conveniently located offices. While working with you and your family, a plan of treatment will be formatted to suit your needs and to provide careful instruction to the Private Duty Aides who will implement your plan of care.

- Medication Set-Up and Administration
- Referral to our Skilled Home Health and/or Hospice Programs as needed.

In the absence of a regular caregiver, U.P. Private Duty Services can provide companionship and supervision of daily activities to help keep you independent in a secure and caring environment.
What is the Cost?
We are proud to say that our goal is not to make a profit after paying our employees and expenses. This allows us to charge the lowest price in the area for Private Duty services. Our staff is determined to help you receive our services. We will work with you to determine your financial options. We’ll check insurance coverage and assist you in processing all the necessary paperwork, if applicable. Home Care is a matter of personal choice.
