Hospice Philosophical Care
Hospice is a Team of Health Care Professionals and Volunteers who can provide medical, emotional and spiritual care to individuals with life-limiting diagnoses, and to their family, friends, and caregivers. The patient and family control “how much” or “how little” care is provided. The Hospice inter-disciplinary team (IDT) consist of the following:

There are so many reasons to remain in your own home as long as possible… U.P. Private Duty Services can help meet the varied needs of all age groups. U.P. Private Duty Services works in partnership with U.P. Home Health and U.P. Hospice to meet all of your Home Health needs. For Healthcare Professionals
