ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

U.P. Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified professional to provide compliance and support services for Senior Management. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as a Liaison to Senior Management during regular business hours.
  • Support for Senior Management’s requests for follow-up.
  • Ensuring HIPAA security requirements (research to stay informed, maintain agency adherence).
  • Maintain and provide census data, clinical productivity and outreach progress reports to Senior Management.
  • Maintains regularly scheduled meetings, agendas and minutes for a variety of meetings, departments and boards.

A minimum of two years closely related to job responsibilities, preferred.  Computer proficiency and telephone experience using multi-line phone system is a must.  Must possess the ability to write and proofread important agency correspondence as well as effective oral and written skills.  Associates Degree in office related field is preferred.
